With an MD from honorary premier institute PGI Chandigarh and a DM in Cardiology from the prestigious CMC Vellore, he brings over 6 years of experience in diagnosing and managing complex heart conditions. Dr.C.Selvakumar serves as the Principal Investigator at Geri Care Hospital, leading the site for the following study:
Study Title:
A Phase 3, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Abelacimab in high-risk patients with atrial fibrillation who have been deemed unsuitable for oral anticoagulation.
Protocol Version: V6, dated 14 March 2024
Investigational Drug: Abelacimab
This trial focuses on high-risk patients with atrial fibrillation who are not suitable for standard oral anticoagulants, aiming to explore the safety and efficacy of Abelacimab as an alternative.
